MORNING:
- Cup of Green tea
- Half a grapefruit
- ((1)) scrambled egg
- handful of lettuce
- 3.5oz of chicken breast
- handful of Asparagus
- half a grapefruit
Not to shabby right??... WRONG! That's like death waiting to happen!! I absolutely LOVE the diet but I just wish my mentality was strong!....I know you're wondering if I cheated, HELL YES I DAMN SURE DID! I gained 3lbs. When I seen that, I was like "Fuck the got damn shit"... Now I'm working my ass off trying to get it off SMH.
Nicky Rae is an absolute great person and she was my biggest motivation to do it. I was indecisive for soooo long. When I finally decided to do it, she helped me with everything. Well, now I'm 10lbs from my goal. Workouts along with the diet everyday, I will get there in no time. Kickboxing on Sunday with Nicky Rae also will have me thick!!!!! I'll update you when I'm done with it all because I'll be so happy that I can finally eat a turkey burger from TGI Fridays *licks lips* yummmm!
